This weekend was the opening retreat of my advanced yoga teacher training program. Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention here – I started an advanced yoga teacher training program. It was kind of a last minute decision, but I’m really excited about it, especially after this weekend’s retreat.
As you can imagine, I got to do lots and lots of yoga over the past couple of days, and it brought back lots of memories of my first yoga teacher training. It was four years ago – and I realized that it’s been four years as of this week since I was diagnosed with Celiac.
I wanted to write a long, heartfelt and sincere post about how much has changed in that time and all my feelings about yoga … but then I hit pretty bad traffic on the drive home last night so I wasn’t home until late. Instead, here are four pictures from this weekend.
Construction traffic on the way up
Ask me about the time that both Google Maps and Apple maps told me that I was 500 feet away, just across this bridge, from my destination
I’m so excited for you!! I want to do yoga teacher training at some point. I need to save for it, but I’m hoping to do it in the next few years. Have fun!! Can’t wait to read more about it. BTW, I’m loving your wedding recap posts. So fun! I wasn’t blogging when I got married (three years ago today), so I settled for putting pics on FB!
Thank you, Tamara! You could still blog about your wedding – say a throwback Thursday or flashback Friday kind of thing 🙂
